Welcome
to Whistlestop! We are one of the top Fenton
Art Glass, Lenox Classics (especially
the Disney Figurines) and Heritage
Lace Dealers in the US. For more than 14 years, we have been providing antique
glassware and contemporary collectibles to collectors on the Mendocino Coast
at our "brick and mortar" store and nationwide through our mail order
business. 
This past year,
we opened our second store in the Village
of Mendocino. We are located on
the beautiful Mendocino Coast 150 miles North of San Francisco
and it’s a favorite tourist destination. If you’re ever in the area, we’d
love to meet you in person. We offer gift wrapping upon request. Fenton
Art Glass has been making glass in West Virginia since 1905. It is still
family owned and operated and their 2003 product line has some spectacular pieces.
This year’s Historic Collection is Red Stretch Glass and includes both Victorian and Contemporary designs.
The Honor Collection is Mulberry
Glass which shades from a deep purple to a clear blue. There are over 15 different
colors of glass in this year’s line such as, Amethyst
Carnival, Rosemilk Overlay,
Violet, Blue
Topaz, Sunset Stretch (peach),
Willow Green, and Cranberry,
Burmese (yellow with a pink blush
on the edges), Blue Burmese, Black
with Blue Hydrangeas. The Fenton Page is divided by color and 
patterns/decorations
within the colors as well as special Collections. These would include the Family
Signature Series where each piece is signed by a Fenton Family member; the
Connoisseur Collection which
consists of pieces created with rare and unique glass treatments, such as Reverse
Painted Lamps and Favrene Vases. We also have many Limited Edition Collections
such as Mary Gregory on Cranberry, Legendary
Fashions, Miniatures, Designer
Bells, Eggs, Folk
Art Animals as well as many Christmas pieces (Santas,
Snowmen, Angels,
Nativities and Trees,
etc.)
We also carry a large inventory of Heritage Lace which looks great with Fenton Glass!! We have doilies, runners, place mats, tablecloths and curtains in lots of different patterns. This lace is machine washable and made in the USA.
New to Whistlestop: Candles. Candles not only fill your home with warm soft light, but our candles bring a delightful scent into each room.
We now have the entire Lenox Classics line in stock. These figurines are very detailed and have a breakage guarantee directly from Lenox. The Lenox Disney Collection is extremely popular with characters from Snow White, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast as well as Mickey and Minnie, Pooh and many others. Once again, we carry the entire line in stock in Disney, Loony Tunes, Christmas, Figurines, Every Day and Special Occasions.
There is also an extensive selection of Harmony Kingdom and Harmony Garden Boxes with many First Edition pieces, including Bearstones, Folkstones, Angels, Plush, and Villages.
